No. If a Member is unable to guarantee payment of their medical bills up-front, our network will not provide a referral to a facility or hospital. However, the Member may qualify for our Hospital Consumer Advocacy Program to help negotiate the best price for medical services. Additionally, the member will have access to the Association Medical Financing programs. For more information, please consult your member benefit guide or call member services.
