If I convert to RCI Points and later sell my timeshare, does the resort have the right to decide whether or not the new owner will be in the Points program?

If you have converted an owership to RCI Points and later sell that week, your new purchaser will have the option to participate in Points or to use the RCI Weeks program. RCI processes the Membership Transfer Application (MTA) for the Points membership, and collects the MTA fee for Points of $199. The MTA fee for Weeks is $49.  more
