If I do the Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology, will it improve my chances of getting on the Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology?
If you choose to undertake the Graduate Certificate it will give you a good foundation in counselling psychology and will equip you with the necessary skills and theory required to go on to do further training. However, there are a number of factors which we take into consideration when reviewing applications for the Professional Doctorate, therefore, successfully completing the Graduate Certificate does not mean you will automatically be granted a place.
