• No! Research has shown that headlice will not stray from food sources. There is NO NEED TO TREAT BEDDING OR HATS. The only way that headlice spread is from very close contact of human hair. The times that this can occur is during play or if children are sharing a bed (i.e. sleep-overs etc) • More good news – there is no need to vacuum the house. • Just follow the procedure outlined on the treatment page for effective, non-chemical treatment.
