If I misplace or lose my Pizza Hut eGift Card, can I get a replacement card or a refund?
As the recipient of the eGift Card, you will need to contact the purchaser to obtain the order confirmation number the purchaser received from Pizza Hut via email. You will also need the purchaser’s email address. This order confirmation number and the purchaser’s email address must then be entered online at pizzahut.com to retrieve the lost eGift Card. Once the order confirmation number and the purchaser’s email address are entered, Pizza Hut will send an email to the eGift Card PURCHASER (not the recipient) with all the eGift Card information. It is the recipient’s responsibility to then get this eGift Card information from the purchaser. If the purchaser has no longer retained the order confirmation number sent to him in an email at the time of purchase, Pizza Hut will not be able to replace the eGift Card.
