If I start Outlook 2003 after I have uninstalled Lookeen before, I get an error message concerning “extension…redemption.dll…could not be loaded or installed…”, what should I do?

If you don’t want to use Lookeen any more, please do the following: Select in the Outlook 2003 toolbar Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Settings and uncheck “Redemption Helper Outlook Extension”. Please take a look at the “Vista/Office 2007” FAQ section for the adequate hint.
