If I want to collect the TC supernatant daily for a time-course study and run all of the samples at once by ELISA, how could I store the sups?

The supernatant can be kept at 4C for short term. Make sure to keep it sterile. For longer storage, you may want to freeze, but avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
