If Initial Educator chooses to submit his/her PDP as complete at 3 years, but it is NOT verified by team, does the Educator have a second and third chance in year 4&5?
Since the Initial Educator has the entire five-year period to meet the PDP requirements, the PDP team should continue to support the Initial Educator over years 4 and 5 so he/she can accomplish the goals of his/her plan.
