Ans. The Insurance Policy has a provision to pay Towing Charges, which includes spot repairs, (Max. Rs.1500/-), but no major repair should be carried out unless the accidented vehicle is inspected by an authorized representative / surveyor & loss assessor deputed by the Insurance Company.
