No. Neither International SEMATECH, FACTS, nor any other third party, can certify that a tools automation capabilities will completely meet a specific customers automation requirements. In fact, some customers may require additional testing for automation requirements above the scope of what our ISMI sanctioned testing will cover. FACTS testing provides a series of standardized tests and operational scenarios that will identify a tools functional automation capabilities baseline. It is an assessment of the maturity and robustness of the automations softwares implementation against a set of known criteria.
