1. Try to shrink the size of the document using the tips posted in the Managing BWSC eDEP Attachments document. Click on the link to view the document. http://www.mass.gov/dep/cleanup/approvals/attsiz.doc 2. Upload the text portion of the document (up to 30 MB) in eDEP and submit to the regional office the reminder of the report and/or data reports on CD. Note in the uploaded report what is being submitted on CD. 3. Please note that at each upload prompt on the Attach Files page in eDEP, a document up to 30 MB can be attached. * For example, if you are making 2 submittals on the Transmittal Form, such as a Phase 1 Report and a Phase 2 Scope of Work, and the information is contained in one report that is over 30 MB, you can split the report into 2 PDF files and upload a section of the report at each upload prompt. Create a cover sheet for each section of the report that details what has been done.
