Following the City’s construction on a street, driveway or sidewalk near private property, the City’s contractor will place new topsoil and hydroseed in all disturbed areas. A pamphlet about the care and watering of the newly seeded surfaces will be given to all property owners upon completion of City projects. Property owners are encouraged to read and follow the directions in this pamphlet to assure growth of the new lawn area.
