The provisional status will terminate upon completion of the registration process or at the end of the 90-day provisional period, whichever occurs first. In accordance with TRICARE Policy Manual, Chapter 9, Section 3.1, government liability for ECHO benefits will terminate at the end of the 90-day provisional period, but the government will not recoup claims paid for ECHO benefits provided during the provisional period.
