Click on “Intent to Pay Lump Sum” under Online Reporting and then select “Launch the Notice of Intent to Distribute Lump Sum Payments Form.” • Data Transfer System (DTS) – A spreadsheet is available in the “Employer Information Center” under “Forms” section of the Employer website.
