If the stormwater run-off flows over ground, will the run-off severely damage the Middlesex Fells?
No. The community has a substantial detention basin and other catch basins designed on site that will catch the majority of runoff. The proposed design will include the standards stated above in the previous answer and will remove damaging material per DEP standards prior to infiltration into the water table or to other drainage conduits.
