If there is not a NSN on DOD EMALL, is there a way to obtain it from the mall site so the NSN can be supplied to our MILSTRIP personnel with the request to order via the MILSTRIP system?

When using MILSTRIP and you cannot find the item by NSN, search by Mfr. Part No. If the item is located by Mfr. Part No., the NSN is not needed and the item is available under the DLA Contract (DLA stock system includes contracts that have been awarded by DLA).
