Payments for Voltage Support (Lost Opportunity for reducing Real Power and providing additional reactive VSSEAMT and VSSVARAMT), will always be initiated by a VDI issued by ERCOT Operations. Compensation is in the form of lost opportunity costs if a QSE moves a resource above its URL.
