If TYC can assign disciplinary lengths of stay increases through Level 2 hearings any more, what will be done to hold youth accountable for misconduct?

Level 2 hearings will still be conducted in order to document serious youth misbehavior. When a youth completes his or her minimum length of stay, the results of these hearings will be reviewed by the MLOS (minimum length of stay) review panel to determine if continued placement in TYC is justified.
