If we find errors or omissions in the submitted data during Stage 2, can we add, delete and change data that has not been identified in the ARC/SEER checks?

0

Stage 2 of the submission process allows the ARC to complete further verification on your submission. Any potential errors identified will be returned to you for resolution. Once these errors have been identified and amended, you will then be required to upload a new submission file. Any time a submission file is uploaded, it will undergo the Stage 1 and Stage 2 validation and verification processes anew. Irrespective of whether or not you correct errors or delete or add new information, your new file will have to go through the Stage 1 and Stage 2 validation and verification processes. It is an institution’s responsibility to ensure that it allows enough time to successfully complete these validation and verification processes to meet the Stage 2 Finalisation and Stage 3 Certification deadlines. Can I make changes to my Submission after 29 July? No. After the finalisation of Stage 2, you will be unable to alter any of your XML Submission file.
