If youre offering e-Messaging for free to all patients, will the quality and timeliness of the messages I receive from my doctor still be the same as when I paid for the service?

We are actively working on maintaining a high-quality and timely e-Messaging service that will accommodate a larger community of our patients. To help us maximize quality and timeliness, we ask that patients use the service only for non-urgent health care needs. We also ask that patients not use e-Messaging for issues not directly related to your health care, nor for issues that can be managed through our Customer Service features. In some cases, the physician may determine that a patients question is best discussed in an office visit rather than an e-Messaging exchange, and will ask the patient to come in to be seen.

What is your question?
