Your parents are doing what they think will help you but wetting the bed is not your fault and you cannot control it, so it may be better to reward you for the things that you are in charge of and can control. These are; trying to drink more water during the day, and holding on so your bladder fills up and stretches before you go to the toilet. This makes your bladder bigger during the day and also at night. Your parents can set up a reward chart or use the Drink Diary chart on this website with 1 star for having 2 drinks before school, 2 drinks at school and 2 drinks at home after school, also for ‘holding on’ each time you want to wee. Then when you have 10 stars you can have a small reward. Talk to your parents about giving you the bike as a present for your next birthday or Christmas.
