The following are highly recommended. 1. Make sure you explain your computer lab rules fully and completely. It would be highly recommended to post your rules. Make SURE the consequences of not following rules are also posted (e.g. accessing Proxy servers). 2. Make sure you log in the student to a particular (assigned) computer. Record time and seat. If a problem is found later it will be easy for you to show the school administrator the student involved. 3. Make sure EVERY STUDENT has a currently signed AUP (this is required!). This AUP must be signed by the student and the students parents. This protects YOU and the District. 4. If you are going to be absent from school for an extended period of days you may wish to request the Tech Center cut off Internet access in your lab.
