Yes. IBLCE awards 500 hours of lactation specific clinical experience for every year of active service as a La Leche League Leader. Two years of active service as a La Leche League Leader will give you sufficient clinical experience to qualify under Pathway 1 so long as the service is within the five (5) years immediately prior to applying for the exam.
