Currently the GPS Assistant Director, Douglas Stubeda, is the advisor for all GPS students. Is there a form I need to fill out? Yes, please fill out the Request for Change of GPS Graduate Program. If you have further questions, please contact Douglas Stubeda at 651-962-5503. • I plan to finish my degree/certificate requirements this term. Is there a form I need to fill out in order to graduate? Yes, you will need to fill out either the Application for Award of Degree or Application for Award of Certificate.
