Using Mac’s Finder > Go > Connect to Server, type in: cifs://netfiles/users// or smb://netfiles/users// If this does not work, try: cifs://netfiles.richmond.edu/users// If you click on the “+” button beside the Server Address field, this connection will be added to your list of favorite servers.
