Im going to be in Portland in mid October. Im wanting to do some shopping while Im in the area, but the inly shops I can find on reviews and guides are really pricy little shops scattered around town. Im a college student. Any affordable places?

After doing some research, its apparent that there aren’t a large number of cheap, cute boutique type stores. Boutiques in general are typically on the pricey side mostly because they are usually privately owned and they are usually 3rd party buyers. I was able to find a few stores located in the Eagle Bargain outlet in Portland, Oregon. I would suggest either trying more mainstreamed stores, such as Macy’s,  where you will find better price, for the quantity, or even some thrift stores such as the Better Bargains Thrift store in Portland, Oregon. If none of these options seem helpful to you, the next option would be splurging on the adorable, yet pricy boutiques. Hope this helps!
