Im having problems downloading Comma Separated Value (CSV) files – what do I do?
If you are using Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later, you may be experiencing problems downloading CSV files because your browser setting ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’ is not set. Follow the instructions below to set the browser correctly: • from the Internet Explorer menu select Tools • from the Tools menu select Internet Options • from Internet Options select the ‘Advanced’ tab • scroll down to the Security Settings and ensure the setting ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’ is ticked If you are using a PC on a network you may need your Systems Administrator to do this for you. If this does not resolve the problem, or you are using a different browser, please contact the Online Services Helpdesk.
