Well, since you don’t mention what you sell, I will give you a generic answer. GAIN TRUST. Trust is one of the most significant traits an individual has to offer. People can be very suspicious of anyone trying to get their business and change their minds. You need to convince your clients/customers that you are genuine, knowledgeable and in for the long haul. What does this mean? It means you must know your facts. You must know all the information about your own product as well as your competitors products. Give them a reason to listen to you and have confidence in you and your sales will go up.
