Those who are able before the 20th day of the semester (9th day for summer), to appropriately document they possess refugee or asylum status, or that they have filed an application for permanent residence, and are able to document that they have resided in Kansas for six (6) months prior to the first day of classes of the intended semester of enrollment, will be considered for the in-state tuition rate benefit.
