For all chocolate orders BarMitzvahFavors.com uses only 1 or 2 day shipping. Also chocolate is either shipped in foam insulated coolers or with ice packs to insure safe delivery. Because of these precautions shipping on chocolates are usually a little higher then on most other items. BarMitzvahFavors.com guarantees that all chocolate items will be delivered in perfect condition. If for some reason a chocolate item comes in damaged or melted you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment and we will replace it free of charge. Since there are occasionally problems with chocolate we always suggest ordering in enought time to have replacements delivered.
