Im trying to install Device Seizure and I keep seeing this error message: .NET Framework 1.1 not installed. Whats wrong?

This problem is happening because Microsoft’s .NET Framework 1.1 isn’t currently installed on the machine. To fix this error you simply need to install .NET Framework 1.1 which can be found on the Microsoft website or you can find it on the Device Seizure CD within Programs-Device.
