Im using Ac3Dec to decode audio to wave but I get pops, clicks and hissing. Any way to solve this?
Not unless the programmer brings out a better version. The best way to get the highest quality audio is to use Graphedit and the Xing Audio Decoding Filters. The next best method is to use the WinDVD audio filters. PowerDVD filters offer a nasty swishy sound so I wouldnt recommend using them if you can use any other.
