Is it possible your boyfriend didn't know he had the STD? Try to talk to him about it first. It sounds like you don't know for sure if you have it yet. Hopefully you don't, but either way, whether or not he knew about it beforehand is important. If he did, not telling you shows what type of person he is, and while I certainly wouldn't make the decision for you, mine would be to drop him like a hot rock. If he didn't know, you can base your decision on how you feel about him and your test results, be they positive or negative.
