In a battle between a Galaxy-class starship and a Klingon Bird Of Prey, which do you think would come out as the winner?
Answer Great question. My *impression* of Birds of Prey is that they were quite a bit smaller than a Galaxy class starship, so they probably have less power and therefore less powerful weapons. They always seemed to have a much smaller crew. Just thinking back to the times the Enterprise has been in a battle with one, it always seems like the only way a Bird of Prey has any chance is due to some unusual tactic. Some examples: * “Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country” – the Bird of Prey could fire when cloaked. * “Yesterday’s Enterprise” – the Enterprise was outnumbered (three to one). * “Star Trek: Generations” – the Klingons had found a way to penetrate the Enterprise’s shields.
