A3: In the Apple Menu, go to system preferences and click on ‘Network’. In the ‘Show’ field, select “active network ports”. You should see all the network interfaces installed on your computer. To solve the issue, either drag the “Alcatel SpeedTouch USB” line to the first place, or uncheck all the other interfaces.
