The high nitrogen compounds that you listed could decompose on there own due to all the moister and organics on them to begin with. They are covered in bacteria. On the other hand the carbon stuff you list are items that are usually kept dry and are not covered in germs and would need a little boost to get them to rot, like maybe wrapping your veggie material in newspaper. Now that Mc D wrapper might be specially treated by the maker so that they can get free advertisement a thousand years from now. I know this ain’t much but I hope it is something anyway .
