Yes. The plans have been developed over several years with many meetings between all of the public safety agencies within the school district. More detailed plans have been developed for specific campuses, including Shadow Ridge Elementary and Bluebonnet Elementary, depending upon local conditions. In the event of an emergency at the Hilliard gas well site, the most likely response for the schools would be to shelter in place. If a decision is made to close the schools and transport students and faculty to another location, a transportation plan is also in place.
