A.: The results of this type are only generated if the Check System Memory Allocations option of the Allocation profiler is enabled. Once this option is enabled, AQtime traces calls to system memory management functions. The “Reserved Virtual Memory” items are produced by the VirtualAlloc function. It can reserve a range of the process’s virtual address space without allocating any actual physical storage in memory. Thus the reported items are not genuine memory leaks, so there is no need to eliminate them.
