SpamAssassin is sophisticated application that performs a heuristic analysis of messages and assigns scores ranging from approximately -10 to 99. The higher the number, the more likely a piece of mail is SPAM. Statistically, mail with a spam score of 5.5 or higher is 98% likely to be SPAM. Based on the score, you can instruct our system to take specific actions, such as blocking the message or tagging the message so that it can be filtered and reviewed later.
