Coaching is not counseling or psychotherapy. Yes personal issues may be talked about but only as they relate to the goals the person has decided to work on. The primary focus in coaching is about being more successful in achieving your ministry goals. If during the coach sessions you conclude that you have some psychological issues that you need to deal with the coach will refer you to an appropriate service.
