Installation#27b. Why not just set maxchildren as high as possible and rely on DansGuardian to adjust the actual number of child processes dynamically?

Once in a great while an error could cause DansGuardian to start as many child processes as it can. If there were really only a handful of simultaneous users when that happened, performance could be noticeably degraded for a time.
