Submissions to the IRF are copied into our incident triage system as well as this organizational inbox. Both soc@us-cert.gov and the US-CERT hotline will get you in touch with a member of our operations staff who will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns. If you have feedback about the design of the IRF itself, we can route that to the appropriate team as well.
