No it’s not to late! I started figure skating at 13, I started off with all the little kids and everything. Now I am in intermediate and improving fast. It should be easier to get up the levels fast for you because you can understand instructions better then the younger kids. I love figure skating and for the carnival I was already skating with girls my own age who started when they were like 3. It’s really worth it! Do it and have a blast!
