I would say that nowadays 1.3 Megapixel isn’t enough. Of course, it depends on your needs and purposes but I find it obsolete. I mean even street webcams that stream from different places, like this one from Folly beach https://worldcams.tv/united-states/folly-beach, have higher quality. 1.3 mp cams for communication are worse than these.
