Is a contracted Air Force ROTC cadet eligible for military discounts?

You are eligible for discounts if the person or company providing the discount is willing to extend it to you. My cadets frequently got discounts in restaurants, etc around town. No idea if you are able to get discounts through the airlines. BM is incorrect when he states you are not able to take hops. You can, but you are the last category . . .so you are eligible to sign up, unlikely to fly. He is also incorrect when he says you cannot use the BX. You are authorized to use the BX, the bowling Alley, golf course, base gym, theater if they have one, etc. You are not entitled to medical or commissary.
