Nope. Keyboard is an input. An input device is something that sends information to the computer. A keyboard sends the keystrokes from you to the computer, which makes it an input device. Other input devices include mice, joysticks, webcams, microphones, scanners, etc. An output device is something to which a computer sends out information to. These include things like monitors (displays information from a computer), printers (prints information from a computer), speakers (plays sounds from your computer), etc. Hope this helps.  more
