The fundamental change that no one really has perceived is that we are now living in Mexico under a truly democratic process. And we are just now adapting to that. The game we have to play is not the game where a strong person decides and makes things happen. But rather a game where political parties and the government will have to start thinking what is viable given the political landscape. It has taken us three years to start understanding that the political game is now played differently. But you still have is a lot of people thinking of the past and still using that as a reference point. As long as that remains, and it may last one, two or three more years, you will see slow progress. Does that mean that we are mired? No. In fact, there have been tremendous changes in the last three years in the financial sector, the social sector, the relationship with the civil society. What it says is that in those things where we are in agreement, or where as a society there are no groups clash
