Ok, to answer your question, yes it is perfect for a 13 year old. I like your reasoning and I wouldn’t expect your parents to want you to start paying any bills yet! But it would give you a bit of pocket money for the small things you might want as long at it isn’t cigarettes! lol The amount you make depends on the number of people on your paper route. Mainly the person who is running the route has the responsibility to deliver the papers everyday they are circulated which means 5 or 6 days a week in most cases. If you are ambitious and can get to a lot of houses in a short amount of time you could make a couple of hundred a month but that depends on how your paper pays you, if it’s by the paper or by the area you are covering.
