It is not necessary to create a sign-on nickname as this is an optional feature of our Internet Banking service. If a sign-on nickname is used though, it must be between 6-20 alphanumeric characters and can’t be all numbers. If you use a nickname, you can change it at any time by selecting the “More Features” & “MFA” options within Internet Banking.
