Is a swimming pool a plus or a minus for a home sale?
It is a wash- there are many people who love a pool and only want a property that has a pool or can have a future pool and others who ask if the pool can be filled in. You will lose 1/2 the buyers and gain 1/2 the buyers. It is less important in a Lake area than in a subdivision without water rights.
